AS.U.AR. awarded the contract for the organization of IKEA Brescia event for the launch of the new 2010 catalogue. IKEA Brescia entrusted AS.U.AR. with the organization of a road-show aiming to make the launch memorable and, above all, helping to meet the reference target (now wider and different) in a familiar environment in order to lead people to the shop. Working on two main ideas “TAKE HERE YOUR CATALOGUE, IKEA BRESCIA INVITE YOU TO DINNER” and mirror-structures with “HERE IS OUR BEST CLIENT” AS.U.AR. made the winning strategy to attain IKEA’s goals. AS.U.AR. created the whole communication strategy on which the event has developed, touching 24 squares in Brescia, Verona, Trento and outskirts. Design and making of creativity for travelling billposting, electrical sheets for the guerrilla marketing action and radio ads. This in addition to all preparation and equipment creative matters, structure design and of the whole travelling action. The agency also dealt with all occupation of public area permits, recruitment of hostesses and stewards in addition to logistics.
